Trauma-Informed Somatic Therapy for Adults and Neurodivergent Clients

IMG_7259.jpeg

Many of my clients have spent years trying to understand their experiences through insight and talk therapy. While this work is deeply important, it doesn't address what happens in the body and nervous system after trauma. Talk therapy is often not sufficient on its own to support deep nervous system healing, which is where body-based approaches can be especially effective.

My work is grounded in an integrative, somatic approach that includes the nervous system and the body alongside thoughts, emotions, and relationships. As a Certified Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I focus on helping clients understand how their system has adapted to stress and trauma—and how to support meaningful change without forcing or overriding themselves.

I work with adults who have experienced trauma, including complex trauma, PTSD, and the effects of narcissistic abuse. I also work with clients who identify as neurodivergent (ADHD) and who are seeking therapy that respects and honors their way of being and understanding.

My primary goal is to offer environment where clients can feel safe enough to come out of survival energy--often for the first time--and begin noticing what it's like to live with more presence, regulation, and self-trust; a place where lasting change can unfold over time.

If my approach resonates with you, you can request a consultation using the contact form below. I look forward to hearing from you:)

About

Services

Sessions are offered in 60- or 90-minute increments.

60-minute sessions: $185
90-minute sessions: $210

While both options are available, my clinical preference is to work in 90-minute sessions, particularly when doing trauma and somatic work. Longer sessions allow us to slow the process down, establish safety, and attend carefully to nervous system responses without feeling rushed or having to stop work prematurely. This additional time often supports greater depth and continuity in the therapeutic process.

Session length is determined collaboratively and may be revisited over time, with attention to what best supports the work and your capacity.

Insurance Information

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. If you have out-of-network benefits, I am very happy to provide a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.

I offer in-person and online sessions using a HIPAA compliant telehealth platform
